When we go out, we always try to dress our best. Long sleeve T-shirts and jeans, skirts and crop tops, dresses and Nikes. But what did they wear back in 2015? Maybe you can’t remember. Perhaps you were too young then. But none of us were teenagers or adults back then; we didn’t see or perhaps notice what everyone was wearing. The clothes that we wore weren’t our choice; our parents were the ones that bought our clothes from shops and decided what was appropriate for our age. This article will bring you back on a guide from those times, showing you all of the trends back then, including wide pants to Chelsea boots.
Long Sleeve T-shirts, the start of something new and warm. Now crops or white foxes are all we think about. Back then we had long sleeves, this was the start and we loved it. The comfort, the warmth and even the looks made the 2015 girls look cool. Even now, our beautiful sweaters, baggy clothes and even the tightest of long sleeves look good on a cold rainy day with hot chocolates and movies. Our clothing would have had muted colours and natural materials.
We might have worn them with the Chelsea boot, a shoe that never loses its magic touch. The hard heel at the back, the stretchy coloured slope on the side and the perfect curves showed the world just how amazing the wearer was. The colours ranged from light brown to tan to black.
If we didn’t feel like the Chelsea's boot cool, relaxed mood, then we would have gone to put on white sneakers. It is still quite popular these days, dashing and flashy. These striking shoes are great for sports or for casual wear and they are practical in almost any situation!
Wide, baggy pants are very stylish and useful. They allow air to flow through so that you don’t overheat. But at the same time, they are useful to wear on a freezing day. They widen out at the bottom, making a theme of curvey, slight shape in the material. (Wide pants are good with white sneakers).
These are just clothes, the things that we see everyday, but they really say a lot of things about the person wearing them. You can use clothing to express feelings, style, and most of all, who you are. The next time you put on your school pinafore or skirt, think of how it makes you unique, special, beautiful and most of all, a proud Loreto girl.
