4th Gen Kpop boy group Stray Kids is celebrating their 8th anniversary on March 25th, 2026. To honour this significant milestone, here’s a brief look at their top 3 songs released in 2025.
CEREMONY
CEREMONY is the second track and the title track of Stray Kids’ 4th full length album, KARMA. Despite its release in late 2025 (August 22nd), it gained approximately 89.3M streams on Spotify by the end of the year! It has become one of the most recognisable and well known songs of the group. It talks about celebrating achievements and success through constant determination, persistence and grit. In short, CEREMONY is a classic, even though it’s a relatively new song. If you want to become a STAY (A Stray Kids fan. It’s also the fandom name! :D), I recommend this song to you! I recommend you also listen to my favourite song from KARMA, Ghost. Or just listen to the whole album :D.
Hollow
One of my personal all-time favourite songs of theirs, Hollow attracted 58.8 million streams on Spotify since its release in June till the end of 2025. As the title track of Stray Kid’s 3rd Japan Mini Album (Extended Play), also called Hollow, it explores themes of emptiness, loneliness and feeling disconnected due to the taxing lives of being an idol. If your type of music is upbeat pop music with the saddest lyrics, Hollow is definitely for you!
Truman (HAN & Felix)
Truman is the third track in the extended play, Mixtape: dominATE, by members HAN and Felix. With 51.2M streams on Spotify in 2025, Truman is a track about moving forward, overcoming challenges and seeking authenticity. For example, the lyrics “But sometimes the wrong shades slip into the picture, feel like a failure, a loser. But oh, my God, reminds me, I’m human.” speak about making mistakes and feeling overcome by obstacles, but eventually moving on. The song begins with a jazzy intro, later transforming into a fast paced and aggressive track. If you love music with lots of rap, an intense beat, and synth notes, listen to Truman!
